Nettles are a great source of iron and vitamin K and although scientific tests haven’t been carried out, nettles are rumoured to be a natural alternative to Viagra! The active ingredient in clove oil is eugenol, chemically similar to dopamine, it acts as an anaesthetic. It has antibacterial properties and reduces infection. Cloves have been used for years by dentists. |
