1. Choose the right size!
Ok, tip No 1 is a no brainer.  Clothes too small will make you bulge, too large will add bulk you don't have, but do you know the size thats right for you?  The answer is NO! You don't unless you try things on before you buy.  Sizes change from shop to shop and label to label. Brave that dressing room and try it on!

2.  Be taller.
Adding height automatically reduces width.  What can you wear to add the height or the illusion of height?  Wear heels for a start but only to the height that you are comfortable with.  Wearing heels means a slightly longer pants leg which will again make you look taller.  Long trousers and sticking to a single matt color will also make you appear taller. Unless you already have fantastic long slim legs, stick with knee length.

3. Tummy tricks
V neck tops and nice jewellery draw the eye up away from the belly bulge.
Never wear anything showy round the waist and avoid pleats in these areas. Lower waist pants and skirts and tops that skim over the stomach rather than cling or billow will all minimise tummy bulge.

4. Top heavy
Big boobs can make a woman appear heavier than she is. A good underwired bra will bring your breasts in and stop them creeping under your arms. V neck tops or long v neck jackets with lapels will minimise a heavy top half.

5. Wide hips
Try jeans or pants that sit below the waist. Trousers with a slight flare at the bottom will minimise large hips. Wear prints on the top half and monochrome on the bottom.
Never wear pockets on the side and watch for pockets at the back of jeans:  if they are too small your bum will look bigger and if they start
6. Underwear
The right underwear goes a long way to fixing your body image problems, but make sure its comfortable, there's no point in having tummy trimming knickers if you roll over at the midriff.

7. Be confident.
If you wear whatever you are wearing with confidence you will automatically look better.  If you can focus as much time on accentuating  the positive features of your body as covering u the negative, then you will look and feel much better
